Our play space is designed primarily for children ages 1 through 10, with many zones adaptable for older children with special needs. The Sensory Room and Creative Studio are particularly well-loved by children of all ages and abilities. We always welcome siblings of various ages. Our staff will help ensure everyone has a great time regardless of age or ability level.
Yes, and we encourage it! Parents, caregivers, and guardians are welcome inside all play areas at no additional charge. We have comfortable seating areas throughout so you can be close by, watch, or join in the fun. Your presence helps children feel safe and supported, especially on first visits.
Outside food and beverages are welcome in our designated dining area (not inside the play zones to maintain cleanliness and safety). We also offer a small selection of snacks and drinks for purchase on-site. For birthday parties, outside cakes and food are welcome. Just let us know in advance.
Our standard pricing is $25 per child for a 2-hour play session, or $30 per child for an all-day pass (open to close, with the freedom to come and go as needed). Adults accompanying children play free of charge. Monthly memberships start at $120/month for the whole family. See our full pricing page for all details.
Yes, all children are required to wear non-slip grip socks on the play floor for safety. You're welcome to bring your own from home (any non-slip grip sock works great). If you forget, we sell them on-site for $5 a pair. They're yours to keep and bring back on every visit!
Yes! We offer special group rates for schools, therapy practices, community organizations, and nonprofits. We also love partnering with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special education programs for structured visits and field trips. Contact us to discuss your group's needs. We'll put together a custom package just for you.
Inclusion is central to everything we do. It is not an add-on, it is how the whole space was designed. Every zone has been intentionally created with input from occupational therapists to support children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, anxiety, developmental delays, and other diverse needs. Our staff are trained in neurodiversity-affirming practices. That said, every child is welcome, neurotypical or otherwise. We're a space for all kids.
We have a dedicated Sensory Room, a calm, low-stimulus space available at any time during your visit for children who need a quiet moment to decompress and self-regulate. Our staff are trained to recognize signs of sensory overload and respond calmly and supportively. We never rush anyone and always follow the child's lead.
Safety is our top priority. All equipment meets or exceeds ASTM safety standards. Our play surfaces are padded and slip-resistant. Staff maintain constant visual supervision of all play areas. The facility is secured. Children can only exit through the front desk. We conduct daily safety inspections and clean all zones thoroughly between sessions. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the facility.
Yes, absolutely. Our entire facility is ADA-compliant and fully accessible. Wide entry doors, ramp access, accessible restrooms, and stroller-friendly pathways are all available. We also have a designated stroller parking area near the entrance so you can move freely through the play space. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us ahead of your visit and we'll make sure everything is perfectly arranged.
We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which tend to fill up quickly. During peak seasons (summer and holiday months), booking 6–8 weeks ahead is advisable. We require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. Contact us today to check availability!

Our memberships are month-to-month, with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Your family pays a flat monthly rate and can visit as many times as they like throughout the month, for as long as they like, with no blackout dates. Members also enjoy 10% off party bookings, priority check-in, and access to exclusive member-only events and workshops.
The Family Plan ($120/month) covers your entire household. All children
in your family visit together unlimited times, making it ideal if you have multiple kids
or visit together as a family unit.
The Per-Child rate ($160/month) is designed for a single child who visits
frequently, sometimes with a different caregiver or grandparent. It provides slightly more
flexibility for solo-child visits. Both plans include all the same member perks.
Yes, our memberships are completely flexible. You can cancel anytime with no penalties (we just ask for 7 days' notice before your next billing date).
